In the unlikely event that you would like to lodge a complaint about our products or services please follow this Complaint Procedure.

1.  Refer the issue to the sales representative or insurance broker that sold the policy to you.

3.  If the complaint still remains unresolved, Atradius will send you a Final Position Letter, based on our investigations and discussions with you. If you wish to pursue this matter further you may forward the details of your complaint to:
